The Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone, whose Public Art Fund-organized “Human Nature” show took over Rockefeller Center last year, has joined the board of the organization, it announced today.

The release also said that Vin Cipolla, who has served as president of a number of philanthropic organizations, has also joined the board.

“We are committed to providing the city of New York with groundbreaking, transformative works of art, and as such, we are exceptionally fortunate to have Ugo and Vin, two preeminent figures in art and civic leadership join our ranks,” Public Art Fund Director and Chief Curator Nicholas Baume said in the release.
