Steve Cuozzo Dislikes ‘F-word Blaring Jocks’ at Kappo Masa

If you missed it last week (as we all probably did, being down in Miami): the New York Post’s real-estate columnist and restaurant critic Steve Cuozzo wrote that he found Larry Gagosian and Masayoshi Takayama’s much worse than the “three-Michelin-starred, oligarch-priced Masa.”

Part of it is the food, part of it is the fact that he “did not see Masayoshi Takayama once.”

Here’s a sample section:

In the sleek dining room a flight below the gallery, the crowd’s the uptown-sexy set you expect — exquisitely coiffed women, gents in pinstripes and architect’s glasses.

But one cursed night, some patrons switched tables to escape a trio of sushi-scarfing, F-word blaring jocks in denim jeans. Managers pretended not to notice. Shouldn’t they ball-gag the bums—or throw them out?
