The Art in Alberto Mugrabi’s Home Is Definitely Worth Much More Than the Home Itself

The collector and dealer Alberto Mugrabi has put his Gramercy Park North home up for sale, Curbed reports, and you can head over there now for some great real-estate porn, which naturally features tons of art.

In 2013 Mugrabi bought two triplex units in NoHo’s new Schumacher building at 36 Bleecker for around $20 million, so it wasn’t a surprise that he’d be putting the place on the market. (Aby Rosen only bought one.)

With a variety of impressive Jean-Michel Basquiats and Andy Warhols, and a Pablo Picasso in the bedroom (Larry Gagosian is also said to sleep with one in his), the art on the walls clearly surpasses the Gramercy Park triplex’s $8 million asking price.

The realtor is, naturally, Sotheby’s, but have a look at the photos on Streeteasy, or Curbed for a bit more background.
