Pamela Rosenkranz will represent Switzerland at the Swiss pavilion of the 2015 Venice Biennale, in a show curated by Susanne Pfeffer.

“I am interested in how Pamela reflects on technological change and the associated transformation in contemporary philosophy, science, global economy and consumer behavior in her work. Rosenkranz confronts us with materials and concepts which, through their ubiquity, have become determinants of our time while remaining difficult to perceive,” Pfeffer said in a statement.

The two have collaborated before in a 2013 show at the Fridericianum in Kassel, where Pfeffer is director. This past sumer Rosenkranz garnered strong reviews for her show at Karma International in Zurich titled “My Sexuality.” She is represented in New York by Miguel Abreu gallery.
