Bureau Gallery to Stage 20-Day Video Series Starting June 26

unnamedBetween June 26 and July 31, the downtown New York gallery Bureau will stage a daily durational video screening called, naturally enough, “The Daily Show.” Each day, a guest will provide eight hours of moving-image programming, screening whatever they feel like. This includes but is not limited to “videos, films, commercials, surveillance, documentation, time-lapse, cartoons, blips – however personal or commercial,” according to Bureau’s website. The gallery has assembled an exciting list of guest curators, including Cory Arcangel, Darren Bader, and Martine Syms. Additionally, as the action unfolds, you can follow a a frequently updated tumblr with programming notes and documentation. Bureau is located at 178 Norfolk Street.
