Today’s show: “John Riepenhoff” is on view at Atlanta Contemporary in Atlanta until Saturday, November 7. This solo exhibition presents two series, a collection of plein air paintings of the night sky and a gathering of collaborative figurative sculptures, shaped into the form of art handlers, holding large-scale paintings by other contemporary artists, including Amanda Ross-Ho, Michelle Grabner, and Kojo Griffin.

Hank Willis Thomas writes:

The perfect first response to an exhibition is WTF?
