Sotheby’s has acquired a boutique art advisory business, Art Agency, Partners. The auction house has acquired the business, which is co-run by a former Christie’s executive, for $85 million, “including potential earnings based on performance.” [The New York Times]

A Swiss artist, Mila Moiré, is protesting naked in Cologne to demonstrate “no tolerance” of sexual assault after the sexual attacks that occurred in the city on New Year’s Eve. “I am firmly convinced that women will no longer be treated as sex objects when a naked women is treated with as much respect as a clothed one,” she told a German newspaper.
