Poet, actor, photographer, and makeup artist James R. He is seeking $45 million from the foundation in addition to $10 million each from Sean Kelly Gallery and Skarstedt Gallery. The Whitney Museum of American Art and the Guggenheim Museum have also been named as defendants in this case. [Hyperallergic]
