Morgan Lehman Gallery to Open Second Space in Chelsea

Installation view of “Osamu Kobayashi and Erica Prince,” 2018, at Morgan Lehman, New York.

New York’s Morgan Lehman gallery will open an auxiliary space, on the fourth floor of 526 West 26th Street, placing the gallery in the same building as Crush Curatorial, Rogue Space, and others. Programming will also continue at its location at 534 West 24th Street, where it has been based since 2016.

The new location—the gallery’s fourth in its 13-year history—will be called Morgan Lehman 2, and will open this Thursday with a two-person show featuring new work by Osamu Kobayashi and Erica Prince.

Currently on Morgan Lehman’s slate are Laura Ball, Emilie Clark, Kysa Johnson, Nancy Lorenz, Sharon Louden, and John Salvest, among others.
