It smelled like grilled beef when I took this photo while passing in a small truck with some locals. They said: they are probably burning corpses. The so-called ghost towns are small towns in narco areas where the villagers were completely expelled under the threat of being killed. It’s estimated that from 2009 to January 2017, more than 310,500 people were displaced by violence in Mexico., 2010.
