Born in 1985, London-based Kemal Has Cingillioglu is the son of Halit Cingillioglu (also on the ARTnews Top 200), and therefore a member of one of Turkey’s wealthiest and most influential families. Like many in his family, Kemal works as a financier. Though his father sits on the advisory board of Sotheby’s, Kemal is a member of Christie’s European counterpart.
