The Levins own a bounty of work by blue-chip artists, including Warhol, Basquiat, Oldenburg, Stella, and Koons, and don’t hesitate to sell them when they need to make room for new ones. “We always have, at any given time, three, four, five pieces at auction,” Stephen told OceanDrive magazine. The couple’s Miami Beach home, which they purchased from Alex Rodriguez for $30 million, has shades that are programmed to close automatically to assure that their artworks suffer no sun damage.
