Habitat is a new weekly series that visits with artists in their workspaces.
This week’s studio: Tali Lennox’s, near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. “Intense Classical music… and the There Will Be Blood soundtrack by Jonny Greenwood…and Beach House,” Lennox responded, when asked what she’s been listening to while painting in her Brooklyn studio lately. Lennox recently had her first solo exhibition at Catherine Ahnell Gallery in New York and is now back to work in a new space continuing her “Bath Towel” series of paintings, which present women in their bathrooms. In the slide show below, she takes us around her studio.
