The Independent art fair opened in New York on Thursday to members of the press and VIPs. The fair, which runs through Sunday at Spring Studios in Tribeca, includes more than 60 galleries, among them Chicago’s Monique Meloche Gallery, Los Angeles’s David Kordansky Gallery, and Air de Paris.
