Anton Van Dalen, The Pigeon Car, originally created in 1987, at P.P.O.W.

The sixth edition of Frieze New York opened to invited guests today on Randall’s Island and runs through Sunday evening. Via ferry, car, or maybe even carrier pigeon (see above), the international art world descended to look, pay exorbitant prices for food, and perhaps even meet Leo DiCaprio–or at least one of his impersonators. Below, a look around the fair, chock full of art, artists, and more.
