Sean Kelly gallery, of New York, has appointed Kelly Cahn director of private sales. Cahn previously worked at the Heller Group art advisory firm as partner and head of research and gallery outreach.
In a release, Sean Kelly, the gallery’s founder, said of Cahn, “We are delighted that Kelly, whom we have known for a number of years and has such a distinguished career working in private sales, has joined our team. She will be a terrific colleague and make a significant contribution to the gallery’s growth in this area.”
Cahn, whose past endeavors have focused mainly on Impressionist, modern, and contemporary art, said in a statement, “I have had the pleasure of working with Sean Kelly’s team in my previous roles and am delighted to join such a talented and professional group of individuals. I look forward to expanding the gallery’s focus on the secondary market.”
