Art dealer Alexander Khochinsky was detained by French authorities at Charles de Gaulle airport on behalf of the Polish government over the Antoine Pesne painting Girl with Dove (1754), which Khochinsky claims was given to him by his father, who he alleges bought it from a Polish museum. [ARTnews]
