A 90-year-old attorney who was orphaned by the Holocaust is suing the New York branch of the German auction house Grisebach in order to discover the identity of two men who bought two paintings of his great uncle’s. Grisebach originally got ahold of the works through the daughter of Hildebrand Gurlitt, a Nazi-era art dealer. [New York Post]
