The 16th edition of Art Basel Miami Beach opens Thursday, December 7, with VIP previews beginning Wednesday, December 6. The 2017 edition of the fair, which runs through Sunday, December 10, will bring 268 galleries from 32 countries to the beach city. Part 2 of the preview looks at the galleries and artists exhibiting in some of the smaller sections of the fair: Positions, for solo presentations; Survey, historical works; Kabinett, “distinct curated projects”; Nova, younger galleries; Edition, for limited edition works and prints. (Part 1 looks at the exhibitors participating in the main Galleries section of the fair.)
