The 2016 edition of Frieze London opens Thursday, October 6, with VIP previews beginning today, October 5. The 14th edition of the the fair, which runs until Sunday, October 9, will bring together 160 galleries from 30 countries. Among the highlights are Francis Picabia at Michael Werner of New York and London and Samara Golden at New York’s Canada gallery in the main section; Liz Magic Lazer at Various Small Fires of Los Angeles in the Focus section; Wolfgang Tillmans at Galerie Bucholz in the Nineties section (yes, devoted to work from the 1990s!); and Christine Sun Kim, presented by London’s Carroll / Fletcher in the Live section.
