The Art Dealers Association of America’s Art Show, now in its 30th year, opened last night with a gala reception at the Park Avenue Armory in New York. Many of the 72 exhibitors at the fair gave over their booths to presentations of single artists, among them Peter Saul at Michael Werner (with Mary Boone), Nairy Baghramian at Marian Goodman Gallery, Lynda Benglis at Cheim & Read, and Mary Heilmann at 303 Gallery. (For a full report of the fair, take a look at my colleagues’ coverage of the Art Show.) Below a look around some of the booths.
