New York’s 303 Gallery has announced the launch of a new publishing imprint that will release “limited edition artist’s books, ephemera, and all manner of printed materials in collaboration with gallery artists,” according to a statement from the gallery.
It is just the latest New York gallery to enter into the publishing business, an endeavor likewise undertaken by David Zwirner and Larry Gagosian.
Called 303 in Print, the gallery’s book arm will be run by Fabiola Alondra, who worked previously with the late book dealer John McWhinnie and more recently served as director of Fulton Ryder, an Upper East side bookstore founded by Richard Prince.
