Pictures at an Exhibition presents images of one notable show every weekday.
Today’s show: “Annunciations” is on view at M. LeBlanc in Chicago through Saturday, August 4. The exhibition brings together videos by four artists—Michel Auder, Darja Bajagić, Rosalind Nashashibi, and Mark Verabioff—that deal with surveillance and desire, in reference, a release notes, to the theories about the ways viewers interact with Fra Angelico’s Annunciation (ca. 1450).
