Today’s show: Arturo Molinar Avitia performed Imposter at Honor Fraser Gallery in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 28. The new work, presented in conjunction with the city’s Getty Foundation–funded Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA, “contends with [the artist’s] recently acquired US Citizenship, the futility of casting his first vote in a presidential election, and bearing witness to the lives of undocumented workers in his community,” according to a press release.
