Today’s show: “Betye Saar: Keepin’ It Clean” is on view at the Craft & Folk Art Museum in Los Angeles through Sunday, August 20. The solo show presents a mix of new and historic works, with an emphasis on her ongoing series of washboard assemblage sculptures, begun in the late 1990s.
