Pictures at an Exhibition presents images of one notable show every weekday.
Today’s show: “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner?” is currently on view at Richard Taittinger Gallery in New York until Saturday, August 22. The group exhibition, using the Sidney Poitier movie of the same name as a jumping off point, presents work from contemporary African artists to challenge the concept of perceived “Africanness” in the West.
