Today’s show:Jared Madere’s solo show is on view at the Whitney Museum in New York until Sunday, January 3. The large-scale installation, on view in the museum’s first-floor gallery, is made of a wide range of materials, including cement, a remote control, PVC, marble dust, tinted chrome, cable ties, nylon rope, fans, twine, scarves, silk bows, and burlap.
