Today’s show: On view through March 31, Páramo’s first show with Manuel Felguérez offers a survey of the pioneering abstract artist’s work with an emphasis on his output during the 1970s. Among the works included in the exhibition are The Multiple Space (1973), The Aesthetic Machine (1976), and The Desire Machine (1973), a collaborative piece with director Alejandro Jodorowsky and the Teatro Pánicothe—it appeared in Jodorowsky’s The Holy Mountain—that will be activated on the weekend of March 16 for the first time in more than 40 years.
