People are not exactly happy about the fact that artist Ellie Harrison has been awarded £15,000 by Creative Scotland to stay within the Greater Glasgow area for a year. One local resident commented, “I haven’t left Glasgow for nearly four years, living on benefits and raising a child can do that to you.
