Participant Inc, the nonprofit alternative art space on New York City’s Lower East Side, has added seven members to its board.
They are as follows: artist Derrick Adams, painter and sculptor Jeffrey Gibson, artist Justin Vivian Bond, SparkplugPR founder April Hunt, Marian Goodman Gallery director Rose Lord, art consultant Sheri Pasquarella, and Whitney Museum photography curator Elisabeth Sussman.
Participant now plans to fete the new members at its upcoming “Participant After Dark (Vol. 3)” party later this month.
