Pictures at an Exhibition presents images of one notable show every weekday.
Today’s show: “A Tale of Two Worlds: Experimental Latin American Art in Dialogue with the MMK Collection 1940s-1980s” is on view at the MMK Museum für Moderne Kunst Frankfurt am Main in Frankfurt, Germany, through Monday, April 2. The exhibition, co-organized with the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, brings together some 500 works by 100 artists. The show bills itself as “the first time a European museum collection has allowed itself to be re-examined by curators of Latin American art.”
