There are more and more art fairs every year, and traveling to them can be a time-consuming process. (This week alone there were fairs in Dallas, Milan, and São Paulo.) How is a dedicated and over-scheduled art type to keep up? Get a robot. The Brazilian property developer Idea Zarvos had this one zipping through the SP-Arte fair in São Paulo yesterday, getting stares and some frightened reactions from onlookers. It was piloted by Brazilian stylist Isabella Giobbi from a nearby lounge, but one imagines it wouldn’t be too hard to get it hooked up to the internet so that you can tour far-flung fairs from the comfort of your bedroom.
